C o n c e r t s

  • Shiva Stuti, a group performance for Telangana Dept of Language and Culture on Shivarathri at Raja Rajeshwari temple, Vemulawada (Feb 2023).

  • Stage-talk with a live orchestra based on the dance film, The Bird of Time on 29 Januray, 2023 for the Hyderabad Literary Festival.

  • Mohiniyattam recital with a live orchestra on 26 January 2023 for a programme supported by Dept of Language and Culture, Government of Telangana.

  • A dance drama “Prem Raqs Rasa: Dancers of Golconda” supported by Department of Language and Culture, Government of Telangana was presented at Telugu University Auditorium (5 March 2022 and 30 June 2022).

  • A Devi stuti choreographed by Mythili, using shlokas from Lalitha Sahasranaamam and Sopana thaalas, followed by Guru Nirmala Panikker’s Ammaanaattam, was presented at Mamallapuram festival, Chennai (20 Jan, 2022), as part of the Colours of India programme of Utsav Music. 

  • Verses from Ritusamharam of Kalidasa interspersed with nrittha segments in the form of jathis set to swaras choreographed by her were presented with in a group format with students at Shilparaamam for the All-India Crafts Mela (Dec 26, 2021).

  • Urvashi saapam based on the Kathakali Padam written by Kottayam Thamburan presenting the conversation between the divine damsel, Urvashi and the warrior Arjuna, wherein Urvashi confides her desire for Arjuna, and on being rejected by him, is disillusioned and gets into a fury leading to her curse was presented at Indradhanush Dilli (24 Dec, 2021) organized by SUNAINA. Mythili was taught the abhinaya of this piece by Guru Sadanam Balakrishnan.
